Greetings,
My name is Baerbel, I am an EFT-ADV. practitioner and Hypnotherapist. My first radio show on www.smoothchanges.podomatic.com is an interview with myself. The story is absolutely magical, touching and is all about "finding my roots when I always thought I had none".

The story is about my recent trip to Germany, visiting my birth place in the former East Germany which I hadn't been to for over 50 years while it was still occupied by the Russians. As I find the house I was born in I also find members of my family of origin that I didn't know existed. Most importantly, I find my very old Godmother, the oldest living member of my family, who still remembers me.

Listening to my story, as you "tap along" you can experience first hand how we create positive shifts with EFT in the way we respond to heavy emotions, coming out feeling free and powerful at the end.
