Emergency Session: "Get it off of me!"

Amy needs to have a cat scan. She feels suffocated and traumatized as she is strapped down, a mask on her face and neck. After she experiences a severe panic attack it becomes clear during our session that traumatic memories of sexual abuse earlier in her life had been triggered.

In this session we are using a combination of hypnotherapy and EFT. We are re-framing Jennifer's traumatic experience from more than 30 years ago, when a man molested her in a movie theater. Jennifer and the little girl inside her still felt helpless, powerless and shamed by what was done to her. During our empowering session a strong transformation happens, as she rescues the 7-year old girl from the perpetrator.

Amy's friends have organized a fundraiser for her, to help pay for the medical bills. Even though she feels very much appreciated and loved by her friends Amy finds it difficult to accept their help. In this EFT session she gets ready to actually allow and even embrace the fundraiser party.

My cat Noodle died of cancer in August. During a hot summer I watched her transition helplessly, overwhelmed with sadness and grief. In the end I realized she had taught me many things while accepting her insidious disease. Noodle, I love you and I miss you very much!
